(1) At present, the person who gets the land in Awadi has to use such land with the labor of himself or his family.
(2) At present, the land acquired in the plaintiff shall not be transferred to others or mortgaged to others except the Agricultural Development Bank or a joint institution for ten years from the date of registration in his name.
(3) It is not permissible to file a claim after obtaining the land in the present case by giving false information regarding the land owned by him.
(4) In case of violation of the matters mentioned in sub-rule (1), (2) or (3), the land office may cancel the registration of that land and sell and distribute such land subject to rule 17 and 20.
